Kent Bazemore most recently played in the NBA during the 2021-22 season when he appeared in 39 games (14 starts) for the  Los Angeles Lakers

That season, he averaged 3.4 points and 1.8 rebounds per contest while shooting 32.4% from the field and 36.3% from the three-point range.  

On Friday afternoon, Michael Scotto of HoopsHype reported that Bazemore will sign with a team in the G League.

Via Scotto: "Kent Bazemore is joining the Charlotte Hornets’ G League affiliate, Greensboro Swarm, league sources told @hoopshype. The 10-year NBA veteran has appeared in 657 regular-season games and played for the Lakers, Warriors, Hawks, Blazers, and Kings."

In addition to Los Angeles, Bazemore has also spent time with the Golden State Warriors, Atlanta Hawks, Portland Trail Blazers and Sacramento Kings

His career averages are 8.2 points, 3.2 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 41.3% from the field and 35.6% from the three-point range in 657 games. 

He has also appeared in 41 NBA playoff games and helped the Hawks reach the 2015 Eastern Conference Finals.
