The Philadelphia 76ers are set to return to the court on Sunday to take on the Dallas Mavericks. Unfortunately for Philly, they will once again roll with a shorthanded lineup for the afternoon showdown.

Whether Kelly Oubre will be competing with the team or not is currently unclear.

According to the Sixers’ injury report, Oubre is once again listed as questionable. When the Sixers approached their Friday night game against the Charlotte Hornets, Oubre was a late addition to the report, getting downgraded to questionable hours before the tip.

Eventually, Oubre was ruled out for the night. Without the reserve guard on the floor, the Sixers found success against a shorthanded Charlotte Hornets team and collected their first win since February 23.

Oubre remains questionable on the injury report as the Sixers prepare for their Sunday afternoon matchup in Dallas. The veteran is currently dealing with right shoulder soreness.

A second-straight absence for Oubre on Sunday would make it the first time he missed consecutive games since he suffered fractured ribs back in November. If Oubre can’t get cleared to play on Sunday, he would miss his 14th absence this season.

Oubre isn’t the only Sixer in danger of missing Sunday’s game, as the team also listed the veteran forward KJ Martin as questionable once again.

As expected, the Sixers will roll without Robert Covington and Joel Embiid. As the two veterans deal with knee concerns, they’ve been out of the lineup for an extended period of time and are expected to remain out for a bit longer.

Also, De’Anthony Melton will get the afternoon off as he deals with a setback related to his latest back injury.

The Sixers and the Mavericks will tip off at 1 PM ET.
