Free agent shooting guard Ben McLemore has agreed to a one-year contract with the Shandong Heroes of the Chinese Basketball Association, per Michael Scotto of HoopsHype.

McLemore, 29, is 6-foot-3 and spent last season with the Trail Blazers, averaging 10.2 points in 64 games, shooting 40 percent from the field and 36 percent on 3-pointers.

He went unsigned after the season, though, and has remained an NBA free agent since. It has not been determined if McLemore has an NBA “out” in his contract with Shandong.

Originally drafted by the Kings with the No. 7 overall pick in 2013, McLemore has also spent time with the Lakers, Rockets and Grizzlies. He carries career averages of 9.0 points and 36 percent shooting on threes.
