For today's Flashback Friday we present Bill Russell, his teammates, and his opponents talking about the greatest shot blocker of all-time, which of course was #6 himself.

Bill Russell:

"And I would block a guy's shot and say yes we did that to you. And if you come back we'll do it again. And if you come back again we'll do it another time, so you have to find something else to do. That won't work."

I love Russell's use of the word "we."

Bob Pettit:

"I went around my man going up for a layup and he blocked a couple shots on me. And then the next time around I missed a layup looking for him."
