Power forward Evan Mobley will sit out the Cavaliers’ game vs. the Memphis Grizzlies on Thursday for what was listed as “left knee injury management.”

Mobley has appeared in two games this week since returning from a six-game absence for arthroscopic surgery on the knee.

The Cavaliers are coming off a win over the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday, meaning the Memphis game is the second of a back-to-back.

Mobley scored eight points with three rebounds and four assists in 22 minutes vs. the Pistons. He recorded 10 points and nine boards in 21 minutes in his return game on Monday, a win over the Los Angeles Clippers.

Mobley, 22, is averaging 15.4 points and 10.1 rebounds, shooting 57 percent from the field, in 23 games this season.

Cleveland (29-16) enters Thursday in second place in the Central Division and fourth in the Eastern Conference.
