Having lost four out of their last five games, Suns’ HC, Frank Vogel, has decided to switch up his squad’s starting lineup just a notch.

Without Kevin Durant, Chimezie Metu will receive his first career start with the Suns and his first overall start since 2021.

This season, Metu is averaging 8.4 minutes per game. Most recently, against the Kings on Friday, Metu recorded his first 10-point game of the year.

In the Suns previous meeting against the Warriors on November 22nd, Metu scored 4 points and brought in 2 rebounds.

The tipoff for the Suns matchup with Golden State will be at 8 p.m. inside the Footprint Center.
