It’s safe to say James Harden is confident entering his new situation with the Clippers.

Harden, of course, arrived in the multiplayer trade with the 76ers after demanding deal. His preference on a destination was Los Angeles, specifically the Clippers.

And it appears he doesn’t think fitting in with Kawhi Leonard, Paul George and Russell Westbrook will be an issue.

“I am not a system player,” Harden told LA reporters at his introductory press conference. “I am a system.”

Harden’s comments weren’t delivered with arrogance. They were just matter-of-fact.

“It’s not just about me scoring the basketball, scoring 30 or 40,” he said. ‘It’s not about that, (and) that’s what I meant by that.”

For the record, Harden’s teammates are equally confident in what Harden will bring the team and where they can go together. We have that full post here.
