Stephen Curry and Portland star Damian Lillard have helped to redefine the NBA with their shooting. From their pull-ups to their step-backs to their near half-court heaves, there is nobody in the game that can shoot the ball better than those two.

And while their similarly dominant shooting styles often have them compared to each other, Lillard himself knows who the greatest of All-Time is.

“I think Steph is the greatest shooter of all-time. I have a lot of respect for him as a person and, obviously as a shooter.”

When it comes to shooting that deep ball though, Dame crowned himself as the ultimate specialist.

“But I think when it comes to that shot, I think I shoot that deep ball as well as anybody.”

Indeed, the Blazers guard has earned the nickname “logo Lillard.” more than any other player in the league (yes, including Steph), Dame takes and makes the most shots from the deepest range.

Of course, Lillard doesn’t have the same track record of success and Curry does. Perhaps this year, with a healthy squad and ultimate trigger, he can finally bring home a title for Portland.

Luckily for us, he might have to get through Curry and the Warriors to do it.
