The Sixers have a tradition of ringing the bell before games and in recent years, celebrities, rappers and formers players have been onsite to amp up the crowd before games.

One person who the Philadelphia faithful would surely like to see at Wells Fargo Arena ringing the Bell is former GM Sam Hinkie. Daryl Morey, who joined the organization as the team president this past offseason, agrees.

The response came on the heels of the Sixers announcing that they will have 50% capacity (roughly 10,000 fans) in the building for the playoffs.

“What I am mostly excited for with the announcement that we will have 10k fans in the playoffs is that during opposing team lineup introductions the players will now for sure hear how much they truly suck,” Morey said on Twitter.
