The relationship between video games and young athletes is one of great importance.

Guys now entering the league have essentially grew up with either a PlayStation or Xbox controller in their hand. Phoenix Suns fans might know that all too well, as center Deandre Ayton recently revealed in an interview with ESPN that he would only get a few hours of sleep per night due to his playing habits.

What some fans might not know is star Devin Booker also loves to play those games, although maybe not to the extreme extents that Ayton does.

Booker's Twitch channel has 219k followers, and his profile describes himself as an "avid gamer" in his bio.

He streams titles such as Call of Duty, Apex and NBA 2K. Booker plays on PC and has all the specs of his setup listed on his profile as well.

Monday night saw Booker hop on Call of Duty Warzone and game with a team of three other people. Two of which were streamers that played the game regularly, and another recently won the Super Bowl with the Los Angeles Rams.

NFL receiver Odell Beckham Jr. apparently got some run with Booker and friends, and while we're still not sure of OBJ's gaming prowess, he's certainly played Call of Duty with other streamers previously.

Beckham recently appeared courtside during Phoenix's postseason, sporting a Booker jersey and even exchanging pleasantries with the All-NBA shooter.

Booker had nearly twice the amount of kills as the next teammate, as his skills on the court and playing PC perhaps aren't too far off from each other.

Regardless of the sport, it's fun to see two of the best in anyone's respective sport not only show love to each other but engage in activities a lot of other fans can relate too, especially in a public setting like streaming.
