In the 4th quarter of the Suns Thursday night loss against the Spurs, Devin Booker moved past Kevin Johnson to claim the third spot on the franchise’s all-time leading scorers list.

It was Booker’s first night back from injury.

Booker, despite the loss, scored 31 points after not making a single basket in the 1st quarter.

In both games played this season, he has scored over 30.

However, what separates Booker from the rest of the Suns all-time scoring list is that he is only in his ninth season.

In contrast, Kevin Johnson, whom Booker just surpassed, accumulated his 12,747 points over the course of 12 seasons, highlighting the impressive pace at which Booker is making his mark in the Suns’ history.

Looking ahead, Booker’s next target on the all-time scoring list is Alvan Adams, who currently holds a lead of 1,159 points.

As Booker continues to perform at this level, it’s not far-fetched to believe that he could eventually top the list if he completes his career in a Suns uniform.
