In the most recent edition of “The Draymond Green Show,” Draymond Green, a star with the Golden State Warriors, made a statement in favor of the Dallas Mavericks. Green claimed that Luka Doncic and his side, the Dallas Mavericks will win the series against the Oklahoma City Thunder despite losing in Game 1.

Green does not believe the OKC Thunder have what it takes to overcome the Dallas Mavericks in the NBA playoff series.

I actually got Dallas win this series in five (games), six at best--The reason Dallas is winning like this is because I just don’t think OKC is big enough for Dallas. Draymond Green said in his most recent episode of “The Draymond Green” show

Not only that, Green also claimed that the Mavericks are bigger in size and length and boast a lot of experienced players. He has backed Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving to overcome the Thunder challenge. In addition, the OKC Thunder will be looking to prove Green’s words wrong in this NBA playoff series against the Dallas Mavericks.

However, Green is correct about the Mavericks’ size advantage, even though his prediction might be audacious. According to ESPN, only two of Oklahoma City’s starting five players are taller than 6-foot-7, whereas all four of Dallas’ starters aside from Kyrie Irving are huge in size and length.

Draymond Green holds Luka Doncic in high regard

Luka Doncic is one of the most talented players the NBA has witnessed. He has made an underlying stamp on the NBA as an overseas player and is already one of the greats of the sport. Draymond Green of the Golden State Warriors believes the same.

On “The Draymond Green Show,” along with the NBA great LeBron James, Green heaped high praise for the Serbian, Luka Doncic too.

If you want my honest opinion, who can do that (influencing the game with their playmaking) at a level no one else in this league and it actually impacts winning. I said there are two guys that currently do it, they’re both 6’8”, they’re point guards, they’re once in a lifetime; Luka and Bron. Draymond Green said

For Green to make such a statement regarding Luka Doncic speaks a lot about the skillset that he possesses as an NBA professional. Also, despite the Mavs losing in game 1 to the Thunder, Green is sure of Doncic and co to turn it around in the upcoming games against the OKC Thunder.
