Los Angeles Lakers forward Cam Reddish missed a little over a month, equating to 14 straight absences while recovering from a right ankle sprain. But in Wednesday night's 116-112 win over the Los Angeles Clippers, the 2018-19 Duke basketball one-and-done finally returned to action.

Reddish, who has drawn 26 starts across his 36 appearances in his first season with the Lakers after arriving in the summer via free agency, played 20 minutes off the bench, a considerable load in light of his extended rehab. He tallied five points, three rebounds, and one steal, shooting 2-for-4 from the field and 1-for-2 from deep.

His three, which splashed early in the fourth quarter, sparked the squad's impressive 21-point comeback:

The 24-year-old Reddish, the No. 10 overall pick from the 2019 NBA Draft, is now averaging 6.6 points and 2.4 rebounds this season.

Los Angeles is the NBA Blue Devil's fourth stop as a pro. He spent 2.5 seasons with the Atlanta Hawks, parts of two campaigns with the New York Knicks, and 20 games with the Portland Trail Blazers last year.

Winners in eight of their past 11 outings and now sitting at No. 9 in the Western Conference standings, the Lakers (32-28) list Cam Reddish as "probable" for their home game at at 10:30 p.m. ET Thursday. They face the Washington Wizards (9-49), featuring two Duke basketball talents in starters Tyus Jones and Marvin Bagley III.
