Dia Bell, the son of former Jazzman Raja Bell who spent four years in a Jazz uniform has been offered by Coach Whittingham and the Utah Football program.

Bell, a 2026 QB out of American Heritage in Fort Lauderdale, Florida who comes in at 6'2" 195-pounds has been garnering a lot of interest as of late, and Utah is the latest program to offer the young talent.

Other interested parties are Arizona, Auburn, BYU, Florida, Indiana, Nebraska, Penn State, Miami, Ole Miss, and Wisconsin although Bell currently holds 20 offers overall.

Despite the offer, Utah has a pair of four-star QBs arriving in 2024 and 2025 which could very well cause Dia Bell to look elsewhere for a guaranteed shot under center. MaxPreps Player of the Year and Utah commit Isaac Wilson will be behind Cam Rising on the depth chart for the 2024 season but come 2025, Wilson should be the shoe in to lead the program. 2025 four-star QB and Utah commit Wyatt Becker most likely won't get his shot until 2026 at the least which would see Bell not under center till 2027 at the minimum.

Either way, the Utes have been aggressive in their QB recruiting which bodes well for the future of the program and their ability to attract highly-touted recruits, hopefully leading to exciting and successful football that graces the field of Rice-Eccles stadium for years to come.
