The NBA trade deadline is less than two weeks away, so rumors around the league are heating up.

Right now, the Golden State Warriors are among the most disappointing teams in the NBA, with a 19-23 record in their first 42 games, which has them as the 12th seed in the Western Conference.

Over the offseason, the team signed 2014 NBA Champion Cory Joseph, but he has only appeared in 23 games.

On Saturday, Jake Fischer of Yahoo! Sports reported intel from around the league (his article can be read here), and he revealed that Joseph is among several point guards who are available on the trading block.

Joseph is averaging 2.2 points, 1.1 rebounds and 1.6 assists per contest while shooting 33.3% from the field and 28.6% from the three-point range.

The 13-year veteran has also spent time with the San Antonio Spurs, Detroit Pistons, Indiana Pacers, Sacramento Kings and Toronto Raptors (in addition to Golden State).

His career averages are 6.9 points, 2.5 rebounds and 3.0 assists per contest while shooting 44.1% from the field and 34.8% from the three-point range in 813 regular season games.

He has also appeared in 82 NBA playoff games and helped the Spurs win the title over LeBron James and the Miami Heat (in 2014).

At 32 years old, he is still capable of being a solid backup point guard.

As for the Warriors, they will play their next game on Saturday evening when they host Anthony Davis and the Los Angeles Lakers.
