Center Gorgui Dieng has cleared waivers and become a free agent, as has point guard Devon Dotson, according to the NBA transactions log.

Dieng, 33, is 6-foot-10 and signed a non-guaranteed deal with the Spurs before the season. He was then waived on Jan. 5, before signing a 10-day deal with the Spurs a few days later. That deal has since expired, and by all accounts, he has not been re-signed.

He very well could be, however, as the Spurs seem to admire the effort he gives in practice and the leadership he provides. It just may be a day or two before that happens.

Dotson, 23, is 6-foot-2 and appeared in six games with the Wizards after signing a two-way contract in November. He played in 11 games with the Bulls in each of the two seasons before that, also on a pair of two-way deals.

Both players can now be found on our thorough list of available NBA free agents.
