Miami Heat shooting guard Victor Oladipo has listed his Miami Beach mansion for $9.995 million. The roughly 6,500-square-foot home is surrounded by palm trees and has seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, seven terraces, a guest house, and an outdoor swimming pool.

Property records show that the home was bought by Oladpio in May 2021 for $7,750 million, shortly after the Houston Rockets traded him to the Miami Heat. The home sits on 14,375 square feet of land on Miami Beach’s guard-gated Hibiscus Island, which is located three miles from the Heat’s arena.

Hibiscus Island residents also have amenities such as a waterfront park, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, and a 24-hour police officer stationed at the main entrance. The listing agent for Oladipo’s home is Liz Hogan of Compass.

Oladipo’s testing of the Miami real estate market comes as he has a $9.5 million player option for next season as part of the two-year deal he signed last summer with the Heat. The 31-year-old is missing out on the Heat’s current NBA Finals run against the Denver Nuggets after he suffered a torn patellar tendon in Game 3 of the Heat’s first-round playoff matchup against the Milwaukee Bucks.

Oladipo’s career salary earnings span $115 million over his ten NBA seasons since being drafted second-overall in 2013 by the Orlando Magic. His Heat teammate Tyler Herro paid $10.5 million earlier this year for a home in the Miami suburb of Pinecrest.
