The Pistons have set an NBA in-season record with 27 straight losses. They stand a chance to keep it going, too.

And when that happens, you start to contemplate trades, free-agent signings … whatever. It appears that’s precisely what the Pistons are doing.

Among their possible trade targets: Hornets forward Miles Bridges. That’s the latest from Shams Charania of The Athletic, who spoke about the Pistons’ problems on FanDuel TV’s Run It Back.

For now, the Pistons have not won a game since Oct. 28. That means Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas have come and gone without a victory. They are on pace for a 5-77 season. Today, they are six games behind the 7-21 Hornets in the Eastern Conference standings.

So yes, any move other than one involving guard Cade Cunningham should be considered by Detroit.
