The Detroit Pistons don't have any players in the NBA All-Star game, but they are still represented in the weekend's festivities. A pair of young players suited up to compete in Friday's Rising Stars Challenge.

The Rising Stars Challenge saw an array of young NBA and G-League players in action against one another. Among the players chosen to compete were Jaden Ivey and Jalen Duren.

Ivey and Duren were on the same team, playing for Team Tamika. They only got to play one game as they were knocked out in the semifinal round. However, both Pistons still managed to do their part.

Of the two, Ivey had a better outing in the Rising Stars Challenge. He did a little bit of everything, finishing with eight points, three rebounds, one assist, and four steals. Ivey also made waves after being seen getting in a war of words with Indiana Pacers forward Bennedict Mathurin

As for Duren, he logged two points, one rebound and one steal in his eight minutes of action for Team Tamika.

Ivey is in the midst of his second season with the Pistons after being drafted fifth overall in 2022. He's played in 50 games this season, posting averages of 15.3 PPG, 3.7 RPG, and 3.6 APG.

Duren, 20, was selected 13th overall by the Pistons in 2022. This season, the young center is averaging a double-double with 14.0 PPG and 12.0 RPG.

Even though it was only for a brief moment, the Pistons' young core was well represented at All-Star weekend this year.
