Former Dallas Cowboys wider receiver Dez Bryant seems to be following the NBA playoffs taking place currently. Especially he seems to be following LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers. This can be confirmed by his tweet proclaiming his faith in the Lakers despite having a 0-2 record in the playoffs to the Denver Nuggets.

Despite leading by 20 points at one point, the Los Angeles Lakers lost the game on a last-second buzzer-beater. As a Lakers fan, one must be deflated and worrying about the situation the team is in. But Dez Bryant had a few words to write on his official X (formerly Twitter) account.

Far from over. Lakers played great in a hostile environment. I can see a game 7. Dez Bryant on X

It is evident from this post that the former All-Pro receiver did not lose faith in LeBron James and co. despite the mind-numbing loss. He believes that they will turn it around and take it all the way and win.

Dez Bryant thinks that there were some positives to take away from the game despite the loss. Those positives can be put to use when the Denver Nuggets go to the Crypto.com arena for 2 Lakers home games. He believes the team can turn the series around and possibly push for a Game 7 decider on May 4th.

Dez Bryant has had his fair share of playoff experiences with the Dallas Cowboys. He knows how players can fix their mentality, bounce back and return to win the series. He expects LeBron James to do exactly that and move on to round 2 of the playoffs.

Dez Bryant is betting on a lot of NBA playoff games

It seems Dez Bryant is not just watching the Los Angeles Lakers. But he is also watching all the NBA playoff games. From his official X account, it seems he also has placed a lot of bets on the playoff contenders. For Tuesday’s games, he has placed his bets on the Phoenix Suns, the Milwaukee Bucks, as well as the Dallas Mavericks.

It clearly shows the former 3-time Pro Bowler has the competitive fire lighting inside of him even now. He does not even mind losing some money in the process. But if a win comes his way, he will gladly take that. It should not however come as a surprise as Bryant had recently bet on college basketball games making him more than enough money to purchase a property.

However, it seems this will not be the end of the former Baltimore Ravens wideout’s tryst with the NBA. It seems he will be betting on all the playoff games and watching some of them.
