Most recently, the former Oregon star played in the CBA for the Guangzhou Loong Lions

He averaged 10.8 points, 9.1 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 2.1 steals and 1.9 blocks per contest while shooting 59.8% from the field in 40 games. 

Recently, the 28-year-old signed a deal with the Indiana Pacers

However, he has now been waived

Via The Pacers: "We have waived Jordan Bell and Elfrid Payton."
