The New York Knicks ‘ four-game winning streak was brought to a screeching halt on Monday night, as they were taken down by the Milwaukee Bucks, 111-107.

It was a tough loss for the Knicks, who seemed to be on a high after vanquishing the Phoenix Suns, Toronto Raptors, and others in the days before.

Even though the Knicks weren’t able to secure the win at home, they still had one performance that made fans proud.

Jalen Brunson had the best career of his night with 44 points on 11-of-20 from the field and 4-of-10 from the three.

He was also perfect from the free-throw line.

This came just days after Brunson scored a then-career-high of 38 points against the San Antonio Spurs.

It was a terrific night for Brunson – but not the rest of the team, who were just 23-of-70 from the field.

The biggest problem for the Knicks was the fourth quarter when they were outscored 38-29 by the Bucks.

They just couldn’t keep up when they were being pummelled so hard by Giannis Antetokounmpo and his crew.

Brunson was still playing hard in the final period of the game, putting up 18 of his 44 in the fourth quarter while Julius Randle and other players struggled.

Randle was no slouch with his 25 points but was just 9-of-29 from the field, which leaves a lot to be desired.

In total, the Knicks shot just 38% and 26.8% from the three-point line.

Their next game will be against the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday and many people are wondering if Brunson has another career-high coming.

More importantly, will the rest of the team play as well as him?
