Joel Embiid may have given his Instagram followers a glimpse of what he will look like when he returns to the court.

The Philadelphia 76ers star shared a photo of him on his Instagram story Tuesday that shows him wearing a black protective mask.

Embiid is recovering from surgery to repair a broken orbital bone after a collision with teammate Markelle Fultz nearly two weeks ago. The timetable for his recovery was said to be two weeks at earliest, which could peg him for a potential return this weekend. When he does return, he will likely be wearing a protective mask. What remains to be seen is whether he goes with the black mask look, which seems to be the color of choice among NBA stars.
