Josh Hart is the NBA's cardio king

New York Knicks forward Josh Hart is racking up huge minutes. If that's not enough, he's also doing Peloton rides.

With injuries to Knicks forwards Julius Randle and OG Anunoby, head coach Tom Thibodeau has leaned hard on Hart. For the last 25 games, he's playing 40.5 minutes per game. In the last 10 games, he's playing more than 42 minutes per game, including Monday's game against the Warriors where Hart never came out of the game.

But that wasn't tiring enough for Hart, who sat in on a live Peloton class with Alex Toussaint on March 11. Hart is an official Peloton "ambassador," as part of an NBA partnership. He seemed comfortable with Toussaint, who has an NBA pedigree of his own, having won the MVP award at the 2022 All-Star Celebrity Game.

Hart bounced back from his Peloton workout with a 20-point, 19-rebound triple-double the next day. He had another triple-double a week later, and the Knicks are 4-1.

Could Hart do double-duty as a Peloton instructor and an undersized forward? Judging by his audition tape, he should stick to basketball for now.
