Anthony Lamb is coming off a season where he appeared in 62 games for the Golden State Warriors and averaged 6.7 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.5 assists per contest while shooting 47.1% from the field and 36.7% from the three-point range.

The Warriors were the sixth seed in the Western Conference and beat the Sacramento Kings in the first round of the NBA playoffs but lost to the Los Angeles Lakers in the second round (Lamb played in six playoff games).

This summer, the 25-year-old became a free agent, and he still remains available to be signed by any team in the league (as of August 18).

Lamb didn't get a lot of action in the postseason, but he played a key role for the Warriors during the regular season.

Therefore, it's surprising he still remains available so late into the offseason (training camp begins next month).

In addition to the Warriors, Lamb has also played for the Houston Rockets and San Antonio Spurs.

His career averages are 6.2 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.4 assists per contest while shooting 44.7% from the field and 35.3% from the three-point range in 88 regular season games.

At just 25, Lamb would be an excellent pickup for training camp.

He could provide solid three-point shooting to a contender's bench, or join a rebuilding team that is looking to develop talent.

Last year, Lamb averaged 11.7 points, 6.2 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.8 blocks per contest in six G League regular season games.
