The Sacramento Kings wrapped up a seven-game road trip on Monday, getting taken down by the Cleveland Cavaliers. Even with the 26-point loss in Cleveland, the Kings showed out on the road trip, going 5-2 on just one day of rest between each game and winning both legs of a back-to-back.
After the grueling road streak, the Kings finally head home to host the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday night. The Pistons, 6-43, sit dead last in the NBA standings, on pace for the fourth-worst record of all time. Although their record is atrocious, Detroit has given many good teams a fight this season, and expect them to hang with Sacramento for at least some of the game.
The Pistons hosted the Kings on January 9th, where Sacramento came out with a 21-point win behind a Domantas Sabonis 37-point triple-double. In that meeting, the Pistons were without point guard Cade Cunningham, as the 6'6" rising star could be sidelined once again for Wednesday's meeting in Sacramento.

Sasha Vezenkov- QUESTIONABLE (ankle)
Detroit Pistons:
Cade Cunningham- QUESTIONABLE (knee)
Bojan Bogdanovic- QUESTIONABLE (calf)
Isaiah Stewart- OUT (ankle)
After missing eight consecutive games in January, Cunningham has returned to action making a statement. In his four appearances since returning from injury, Cunningham averaged 18.3 points and 9.3 assists per game with 43.8/46.2 splits.
If Cunningham is active for the Pistons in Sacramento, the 22-year-old guard could certainly give the Kings some trouble. The Pistons are coming off two days of rest, so Cunningham should get the nod to play. The young guard is still nursing a knee injury, but after playing the last three, he should be good to go.
Vezenkov is listed as questionable once again, as he is on pace to miss his eighth consecutive game with an ankle injury.
The Pistons are a young, hungry team fighting for wins every night. The Kings had a strong road trip and must keep their momentum heading home. If the Kings take the Pistons lightly, it will not be a fun night for Sacramento fans.
