After just a dreadful first half of the season, where seemingly nothing could go right for the Hawks, the script has totally flipped over the last few weeks. Not only has Atlanta won six in a row behind fantastic fourth-quarter performances, but they are also beginning to get healthy.

Travis Schlenk said earlier this week that De’Andre Hunter could return to the court as early as tonight against the Thunder. And most recently, the Hawks just announced that Kris Dunn, who has yet to make an appearance this season, has been cleared to return to practice and will travel with the team on the upcoming eight-game road trip.

Dunn’s a decent scorer and playmaker, but what he’s most known for is his defense. He will surely add a boost to the Hawks second unit — a group that is beginning to look a lot more dangerous as the team continues to heal up.

We’ll keep you updated with any updates regarding Dunn or any of the Hawks injured players as they become available.
