The Philadelphia 76ers have an impressive collection of talent. Between Joel Embiid, Ben Simmons, Tobias Harris, Dwight Howard, Danny Green, and Seth Curry, they have one of the best rosters in the NBA.

Amid doubt on whether or not they’re legit contenders in the East, Kyrie Irving gave them a rather glowing review.

“They are who they say they are..Picking up the pressure on the defensive end and playing a lot through Joel, and making the right basketball plays. They play hard… They are who they say they are.”

The Sixers have struggled to find their identity in the past. Between Lats year’s disappointing performance and the questionable durability of Simmons and Embiid, the team has definitely stirred up quite a bit of doubt about their place among the Eastern elites.

Nonetheless, it is through Embiid and Simmons that they have finally found their stride, priding themselves on being one of the league’s top-tier defensive teams. With a 38-17 record in the East, they’ve been the best team in their Conference, and there’s no sign of them slowing down now.
