Every offseason, Lakers fans expect their team to bring the best of the best to the roster, and this one isn't the exception. Although they don't have much flexibility, their fans always hope that the front office pulls a magic trick and brick a big name to the squad.

Well, in recent hours, Lakers Nation started speculating about the arrival of a former MVP to join forces with LeBron James and Anthony Davis. After losing to the Phoenix Suns in six games in the first round of the playoffs, the Lakers enter the offseason looking to upgrade certain positions.

One fan found out that both James and AD follow Russell Westbrook's wife, Nina.

Of course, this sparked many reactions around the league. Some fans said LeBron is doing his thing again, trying to assemble a superteam. In contrast, others noted that Russ wouldn't solve Lakers' struggles.

It'd be interesting how the Lakers would manage to get Westbrook's hefty contract. Still, many people are willing to see that. Coming from a season where he demonstrated he's still a threat for rivals, Westbrook is looking better than ever.

Still, this doesn't mean that the Lakers actually have interest in him or that the player wants to leave Washington. Time will tell how this situation develops but Brodie alongside Bron and AD would be great to see.
