Look of the Day for Wednesday, Jan. 17: Backing Jonas is a bonus

Our Look of the Day winning streak came to an end Tuesday thanks to the Philadelphia 76ers losing the first quarter by two points. We're looking to bounce back and start a new winning streak with our favorite player prop for Wednesday's NBA slate.

Look of the Day: Jonas Valanciunas over 13.5 points (-120 DraftKings)

You couldn't ask for a better matchup for Valanciunas. The Charlotte Hornets are giving up the most points and the second-most rebounds to opposing centers in the NBA. They've been even worse with Mark Williams out of the lineup and Nick Richards filling in for the past month.

In his first matchup against Richards and the Hornets, Valanciunas went off for a season-high 29 points on 11-of-16 shooting. He also racked up 13 rebounds and four offensive boards, so opportunities will be there for easy putbacks near the rim.

Valanciunas has been filling it up lately with 14 or more points in four of his last five games, and he only fell short against the Dallas Mavericks because he played just 19 minutes and attempted only five shots, which was his second-lowest mark of the season. He'll be much more involved in the offense against a golden matchup.
