Magic center Robin Lopez enters NBA's health and safety protocols

The Orlando Magic have the second-worst record in the NBA at 7-28. They received some news Thursday morning that won't help the cause.

According to the team's injury report, Mychal Mulder and Terrence Ross are also in the NBA's health and safety protocols.

Through 17 games this season, Lopez is averaging 7.9 points, 3.7 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 17.8 minutes per contest while shooting 57.5% from the field. The twin brother of Brook Lopez is in his first season in Orlando after signing as a free agent in August.

The Magic are scheduled to play the Milwaukee Bucks at 7:00 p.m. ET on Thursday.
