Last week, the Dallas Mavericks signed Tony Bradley to an Exhibit 10 deal. A few days later, the franchise waived the 2016-17 UNC basketball one-and-done, according to the NBA transactions log.

Bradley, who saw action in all but two games for the Tar Heels during their most recent national championship campaign while averaging 7.1 points and 5.1 rebounds off the bench, will begin the 2023-24 season with the Mavericks' G League affiliate, the Texas Legends, CBS Sports reported.

The 25-year-old Tony Bradley, a former first-round draft pick, has played at least three games each season as a pro.

But there's no guarantee he will do so this go-round for Dallas. After all, the Mavericks are relatively stacked with centers, including recent Duke basketball one-and-one and lottery pick Dereck Lively II, so it's conceivable they might not need to call him up on any 10-day contracts.

Across his NBA career, including stints with four different franchises in the Utah Jazz, Philadelphia 76ers, Oklahoma City Thunder, and Chicago Bulls, Bradley has played 179 games, averaging 4.4 points and 4.1 rebounds per outing while shooting 63.1 percent from the field.
