Good luck picking up any sort of Michael Jordan paraphernalia in this day and age... it'll cost you the big bucks.

ESPN's "The Last Dance" documentary has sparked a whole new level of interest in the Chicago Bulls legend, which is leading to a countless number of Jordan memorabilia auctions.

The Hall of Famers 1985 game-worn, signed Air Jordan 1's were auctioned off by Sotheby's for $560,000. The original auction estimate was between $100,000-150,000.

"The Nike 'Air Jordan' is one of the most iconic designs in the history of both streetwear and basketball, and is a key part of the origin of the Air Jordan brand for Nike," the Sotheby's Catalogue Note stated. "Designed by Peter Moore, Michael Jordan wore Air Jordan 1s in 1984 and 1985, as well as modified versions in 1986 (after a broken foot Michael endured)."

The sneakers aren't the only thing of Jordan's that has sold for an insane amount of dough. A pair of cleats from his days with the Chicago White Sox minor league affiliate Birmingham Barons sold for $93,000, and one of his game-worn jerseys is also up for auction.

If his sneakers set the standard for the price of Jordan memorabilia, then the average person who wants to acquire a piece of history will be out of luck.
