The Timberwolves will be without point guard Mike Conley when they take on the San Antonio Spurs Saturday night.

Conley, who missed two games in the past week due to an illness, was added to the injury report Saturday with left hamstring soreness.

Timberwolves coach Chris Finch had mentioned ahead of Monday's game, when Conley was out for a rest day, that the 36-year-old point guard had been dealing with some hamstring tightness, part of the reason Minnesota rested him ahead of this week's road trip.

With Conley ruled out, Nickeil Alexander-Walker will once again start in his place.

The game tips off in San Antonio at 7:30 p.m. CT.
