While he has not played much this season, the Milwaukee Bucks are very high on rookie wing MarJon Beauchamp.

Showing flashes of his shooting abilities on the perimeter, as well as his on-ball defensive abilities, Beauchamp is absolutely a young talent that the Bucks will continue to develop moving forward.

In order to get him more practice and real game time, the Bucks decided to send Beauchamp to the Wisconsin Herd in the NBA G League on Friday.

Playing in a total of 42 games this season for the Bucks, the 24th overall pick in this year's draft has averaged 5.2 points and 2.2 rebounds per game while shooting 38.8 percent from the floor and 31.7 percent from three-point range.

MarJon Beauchamp has not played for the Bucks as of late, but his best offensive performance of the season came against the Atlanta Hawks on November 14, as the rookie scored 20 points on 7-9 shooting, 3-4 from three-point range. He also finished with 8 rebounds in this game.

Now with the Wisconsin Herd in the G League, Beauchamp will likely play in their game on Friday night against the Maine Celtics, the G League affiliates of the Boston Celtics

According to the Herd's official stats, Beauchamp has played in a total of four G League games this year, averaging 18.0 points and 4.5 rebounds per game while shooting 47.2 percent from the floor and 32.1 percent from three-point range.

This is likely a short-term move made by the Bucks, as Beauchamp will likely be recalled either this weekend or early on next week.

The Milwaukee Bucks are scheduled to play their next game on Sunday night against the Toronto Raptors
