NBA best teaser for Wednesday

If you've been following our work this season -- you better be -- you know we've been doing our best NFL and college football teaser each week. And now it's time to do that with basketball, and we're going to kick things off with our best NBA Teaser for Wednesday. Unlike football, where the standard teaser is six points, the standard basketball teaser is four points.

Milwaukee saw its 9-0 start to the season come to an end on Monday, but don't be surprised if the Bucks start another winning streak real soon. Giannis Antetokounmpo has arguably been the best player in the NBA, and even without Khris Middleton, other guys continue to step up.

And defensively, the Bucks might just be the best team in the NBA. Milwaukee allows the fewest points per game, leads the league in rebounding and holds opposing teams to a league-best 42.8% from the field. That's outstanding.

But it doesn't stop there. The Bucks are tied for the best record against the spread at 8-2, and win by an average margin of 8.7 points. And with the teaser shifting the spread from -6.5 to -2.5, this leg just got a whole lot easier.

As for the final leg of our teaser, take the under between the Clippers and Lakers. We're aware the Clippers and Cavaliers nailed the over on Monday, but when these two teams met in the season opener, the final score was 200. Now if these two teams were at full strength, we probably wouldn't take the under, but that's not the case.

Kawhi Leonard is still out for the Clips, and you never know if LeBron James or Anthony Davis are going to play. James didn't play in Monday's blowout loss to the Jazz, and his status vs. the Clippers is still up in the air.

Plus, both teams are in the bottom five of the league in scoring, and the Clippers are a league-best 9-2 against the under. So, with the teaser increasing the total points from 221 to 225, this is simply a must bet.

The Teaser Bet: Milwaukee Bucks (-6.5) to (-2.5) and Los Angeles Lakers/Los Angeles Clippers (under 221 points) to Los Angeles Lakers/Los Angeles Clippers (under 225 points) (-110 odds via DraftKings)

Bet $110 to win $100
