It feels like the entire NBA world is sleeping on the LA Clippers this season. Many analysts aren't favoring them, Vegas isn't favoring them, and no one is really talking about them. One former NBA Champion, however, has some high expectations for LA.

"I hate to say it but dnt sleep on the clippers this yr," Nick Young said on Twitter.

It's interesting to hear Nick Young say "hate to say it" when referring to the Clippers because he was a former member of the franchise, where he was actually successful. Young was a member of the Clippers, Lakers, and Warriors, but only won a championship with the Warriors. His time with the Clippers was arguably one of the most memorable, where he helped LA rally a 27-point comeback against the Memphis Grizzlies in the playoffs.

So far, the LA Clippers have looked very impressive during their 2-1 start to the season. They easily should have been 3-0, but some very heroic shotmaking by the Utah Jazz prevented that. It's worth noting that the Clippers have had a very easy start to the season, and it will continue being relatively easy for the first 10 games of the season. Once the Clippers have a tough streak of opponents, that'll be the true test for this team.

Up next for the LA Clippers is the Orlando Magic on Tuesday night.
