The Orlando Magic made the headlines on Monday night when a 29-year-old player made his debut in the 2021 Summer League.

Orlando made some interesting moves this offseason, especially on draft night, landing Jalen Suggs and Franz Wagner a couple of weeks ago. Well, they landed another interesting player for this tournament.

Latvian player Janis Timma caught a lot of attention when fans saw his pic and started making comparisons. NBA Twitter had a lot to say about this player, comparing him to Eminem, Machine Gun Kelly, and more.

Timma is making his NBA debut after being selected 60th overall in the 2013 draft by the Memphis Grizzlies. In 2015, the Grizzlies traded his draft rights to the Magic, and six years later, Timma has finally set foot on an NBA court.

The forward became an instant internet sensation when his pic surfaced. It's fair to say he's one of the biggest stories in the Summer League so far, and that won't change anytime soon.

NBA fans make players go viral in just a matter of minutes, and this was another proof of that. Timma was also praised for his game, being labeled a killer from beyond the arc, nailing three 3-pointers against the Golden State Warriors

Timma finished the night with 11 points, 6 rebounds and one assist in 16 minutes of action. But, the best part of the night is that the NBA community somehow celebrated him, even if it wasn't for basketball-related reasons.
