NBA playoff bets: Four player props for Saturday 4/22

It's a packed sports day here on this fine Saturday, with four NBA games tipping off. For Philadelphia and Phoenix, they can take control of their series with a win today. For Bucks-Heat and Grizzles-Lakers, today's third game is a huge turning point.

We've got four player props for the day's action, starting with a big reason why the Sixers are on the brink of a sweep.

Tyrese Maxey over 2.5 threes made (-145 DK)

Maxey has been on a tear the past two games, finishing with 33 and 25 points. A big reason for that lift in scoring has come from Maxey's outside shot.

He's chucked up 21 attempts from long-range over the past two games, making 11 of them. Considering Brooklyn has allowed the ninth-best shooting percentage from deep this season, it makes sense that a Philadelphia shooter has found success.

We're backing Maxey's hot streak to continue. He's made over 2.5 threes in seven of his last 10 games and in four of five games against Brooklyn this season.

Spencer Dinwiddie under 8.5 assists (-120 DK)

Dinwiddie has struggled hitting this number this series, as the Nets guard has dished out seven, six and seven assists in this series' first three games.

It's hard to see those numbers rising today. He went under this total in all four games he played against Philadelphia this year, and he's averaged just 6.4 assists per game over the past two years against the Sixers.

Dinwiddie has not reached nine assists in any of the playoff games he's played the past two years, 0-19. We'll bet that doesn't change today.

Torrey Craig over 9.5 points (+102 FD)

The Suns' Torrey Craig has come alive this series. He's averaging 18 points per game in the first three meetings, and has seen a steep increase in minutes and field-goal attempts over his last seven games.

He's scored double-digit points in six of his last seven, with the lone miss being a game that he suited up for just 5.5 minutes.

With Craig's offensive role growing, it's best we continue joining the ride.

LeBron James over 9.5 rebounds (+108 CZR)

LeBron James has been all over the glass this postseason. Including the play-in game, James has 10+ boards in all three games so far, and we'd expect him to carry over that intensity as the series heads to Los Angeles.

Memphis was one of the worst rebounding teams in the NBA this season, and LeBron has 10+ rebounds in four of his last six meetings against them. At plus-money, we'll back the success to continue.
