NBA Props for Tuesday March 19: These Bridges lead to profit

I am not sure why, but I kind of forgot the First Four was starting tonight. This piece is about NBA props, but I am looking to back Howard and Virginia this evening, just saying. I will let you know if I have more tips throughout the NCAAs.

Last night we were 2-2 with a small profit thanks to the hot shooting of ... Santi Aldama. I think that might be the first time we have netted a profit on a Monday in weeks.

Tonight, in addition to the aforementioned college hoops games, plus whatever NIT or other tournaments are going on, we have five NBA games to choose from. The only one worth watching is Denver at Minnesota. (Yet I am picking two Charlotte players; I did not see that coming.)

NBA Props for Tuesday, March 19

Mikal Bridges Over 18.5 Points (+105)
Pelicans vs. Nets, 7 p.m. ET, YES, BSNO

I love Bridges, but he is not a star. Sorry, Brooklyn. Nevertheless, he is averaging over 20 ppg on the season and this is a buy-low opportunity after a couple of unproductive games. The second half of the season has not been great for him but I think he can get lots of good opportunities in this game against New Orleans.

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope Over 2.5 Rebounds (+114)
Nuggets vs. Timberwolves, 9 p.m. ET, NBA TV

The veteran guard is a classic "more valuable than his stats" guy. He always takes the toughest wing defender assignment and tonight that will be Anthony Edwards. Overall this is just a smidge above his average for the season, but he is generally a guy you get the most from when you need it. In an important and competitive road game, I would not be surprised to see him double this one.

Miles Bridges Over 2.5 Three Pointers (+145)
Hornets vs. Magic, 7 p.m. ET, BSFL, BSSE

Another Bridges? This one is definitely not shy about getting up his shots. This payoff caught my eye and when I dug deeper I saw that he has bested this total in four of the last nine games. Charlotte might not be competitive most nights, but he is banking a lot of minutes, nothing less than 35 in the month of March.

Vsilije Micic Over 1.5 Three Pointers (+154)
Hornets vs. Magic, 7 p.m. ET

I know, two Hornets, that can't be good. Look at that payoff though. Micic was supposed to add depth to the Thunder, but they moved on. Now with Charlotte, his playing time has more than doubled and he is trying to make the most of his shot.  In two of the last four games, he has made five and three shots from deep. He is worth a shot and if one of these guys covers you in are in the black.
