Domantas Sabonis is definitely one of the most underrated big men in the league. He is a great finisher in the interior, provides elite rebounding, and can also make plays for others. Currently, Domantas Sabonis is averaging 19.1 PPG, 12.1 RPG, and 5.0 APG for the Indiana Pacers.

There have been some rumors that the Indiana Pacers would be willing to part ways with Domantas Sabonis prior to the trade deadline. Notably, it was reported that the Washington Wizards were looking to pair Domantas Sabonis with Bradley Beal.

It seems as though there may be some traction regarding that particular deal. Quinton Mayo has reported that the Wizards have "zeroed in" on Sabonis, and claimed that they have "recently submitted an offer" for the 2-time All-Star, and "are waiting to hear back".

The Washington Wizards have zeroed in on Indiana Pacers 2x All-Star Domantas Sabonis. Washington recently submitted an offer for the 25-year-old and are waiting to hear back, per source.

There is no question that Domantas Sabonis and Bradley Beal could form a great duo for Washington next season. The Wizards have cooled off after a hot start this season, and it has been made clear that the Wizards simply need more star power on the roster to support Bradley Beal. Perhaps we'll end up seeing that happen. The Wizards have also been linked with some other moves, and it was reported that they were the favorites for Jerami Grant.

It remains to be seen what sort of moves the Washington Wizards will end up making. Change must happen, as the Wizards are currently the 11th seed in the Western Conference, out of a play-in tournament spot. Hopefully, we see Bradley Beal receive some help at or before the trade deadline, and Domantas Sabonis could definitely be a difference-maker for the Wizards.
