The Phoenix Suns have taken a 3-0 advantage in their series against the Denver Nuggets.

The Suns won the first two games in Phoenix. New city, no problem. The teams traveled to Denver so that the Suns could beat the Nuggets there too. Game 3 ended in a 116-102 win for Phoenix.

Devin Booker scored a team-high 28 points on 11-of-23 shooting from the field. Chris Paul was solid once again with 27 points, including all seven of his free throws.

Newly anointed MVP Nikola Jokic had 32 points, 20 rebounds and 10 assists as he led the way for Denver. There was a brief scare in the second quarter when Jokic rolled his ankle, but he soldiered on.

“I’m frustrated with myself because I missed shots,” said Jokic, according to The Associated Press (h/t ESPN). “I didn’t play on top of my game, especially shooting wise. It would be much easier for us if I started making shots. Of course, they’re making it tough for me to make shots.”

Here are tweets below about the game.

The Nuggets were two-point favorites over the Phoenix Suns for Game 3 in Denver on Friday evening, according to FanDuel.
