After having a terrific 2020/21 NBA season, Nikola Jokic is back in his country, Serbia, enjoying some time with himself. The big man comes from winning the 2021 NBA MVP after a magical season with the Denver Nuggets that sadly ended with a sweep against the Phoenix Suns in the second round of the playoffs.

A couple of days after finishing the campaign, the 26-year-old is back in Serbia doing one of the things he most enjoys: riding horses. Pictures of Jokic riding a horse at the hippodrome in his hometown Sombor.

While the rest of the NBA was going crazy with one of the wildest days not only of this season but in league history, Jokic was just chilling in Serbia, riding his horse.

The Nuggets will have a challenging offseason this year, trying to find the best pieces to add if they want Jokic to win them an NBA championship. Things didn't end that well for him this season. He was ejected in Game 4 of their second-round series vs. Phoenix, creating one of the most viral moments in the league this season

It's time to get some rest for Nikola. He played in every game this season for Denver but now the priorities are different.
