Justise Winslow is coming off a season where he averaged 6.8 points, 5.0 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 40.9% from the field and 31.1% from the three-point range in 29 games for the Portland Trail Blazers

The former Duke star has spent the last one and a half seasons with the franchise but has only played in a total of 40 games due to injuries.

On July 27 (nearly four weeks into NBA free agency), Winslow remains available to be signed by any team in the league.

In addition to the Trail Blazers, the 27-year-old (who was the tenth pick in the 2015 NBA Draft) has also played for the Miami Heat, Memphis Grizzlies and Los Angeles Clippers over his eight seasons in the league.

Winslow has career averages of 8.2 points, 5.1 rebounds and 2.6 assists per contest while shooting 41.2% from the field and 31.5% from the three-point range in 344 regular season games (he has also appeared in 19 NBA playoff games).

He has averaged 10+ points per contest in three out of his eight seasons, so Winslow could be a good pickup for a team looking to add a role player to their bench.

As for the Trail Blazers, they are coming off a year where they were the 13th seed in the Western Conference and had a 33-49 record.

They have missed the NBA playoffs for two straight seasons, and it's unclear if All-Star point guard Damian Lillard will be on the roster next year.
