After several months since her last appearance on ESPN, Rachel Nichols was recently seen hanging out with two NBA stars, looking very happy. The former host had a tumultuous exit from the so-called 'worldwide leader of sports' after some comments about the company, and Maria Taylor were leaked.

Following his departure from the network, we learned very little about Rachel and her whereabouts. Well, she recently linked up with Philadelphia 76ers stars Joel Embiid and James Harden and had a nice time at what looked like a club.

By the looks of the pictures, you can tell that neither Rachel nor the players were in the best state, but that's something that happens when you go out and party. After the pictures saw the light, plenty of fans had something to say about this.

As expected, they brought up Jimmy Butler in the conversation, who was rumored to have a secret relationship with Nichols, especially during the NBA bubble. NBA fans are hilarious most of the time, with many of them saying that Jimmy wouldn't like to see Rachel hanging out with Embiid and Harden, while others said it was a strategy to bring the veteran swingman back to Philly.

Whatever it was, it looked like they had a great time and enjoyed each other's company. It's unclear if we'll see Rachel on TV again, but perhaps these public appearances mean that something is brewing for her.

Meanwhile, Embiid and Harden are hopeful that the latter's new deal can give the Sixers more flexibility to land the players they need to win the championship. It's been a tough couple of seasons for them, but Sixers Nation is still confident they can go all the way and bring another championship to a fanbase that is tired of all the failures.
