The Raptors have signed veteran guard/forward Justise Winslow and waived center Makur Maker, the team announced in a press release.

Winslow, 27, is 6-foot-6 and was the No. 10 overall pick of the 2015 NBA Draft. He appeared in 29 games with the Trail Blazers last season, averaging 6.8 points and 5.0 rebounds.

He has also spent time with the Clippers, Grizzlies and Heat — though has not appeared in more than 65 games since the 2017-18 season. It’s unclear what type of deal Winslow is getting in Toronto, though it almost definitely does not come with any sort of guarantee.

The plan for now is for Winslow to play for Raptors 905 of the G League, per Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.

Maker, 22, is 6-11 and has yet to appear in an NBA game after starring at Howard, then going undrafted in 2022. He is also headed for Raptors 905, Murphy reported.
