After Sunday’s victory by the Warriors over Houston, a reporter asked Draymond Green a question that was roundly criticized for being insensitive in nature. Now, it appears, that reporter is no longer employed by the outlet he was representing.

Henry Wofford of CSN Bay Area reported on Tuesday that the reporter was fired approximately one hour after Sunday’s press conference.

The question directed at Green attempted to draw a correlation between the devastating flooding in the Houston area and the Warriors’ play during the two games in Houston. Green called out the man for trying to elicit a controversial response (video here). Needless to say, the question was out of line and it’s obvious the former employer of the reporter who asked it feels the same way.
