According to NBA insider Jake Fischer of Yahoo Sports, the Los Angeles Lakers, New York Knicks and Houston Rockets are interested in trading for Portland Trail Blazers guard Malcolm Brogdon.

The Blazers are anticipated to move Brogdon before the February 8 trade deadline since they are in rebuild mode in the post-Damian Lillard era. Portland (13-31) has the second-worst record in the Western Conference.

“In addition to the Knicks and Lakers, league personnel believe Brogdon has another team with legitimate interest in his services: Houston, which has plenty of former Boston staffers who overlapped with Brogdon during his season with the Celtics,” Fischer wrote. “Head coach Ime Udoka’s Rockets are also one of the teams that is considering a move for injured Portland big man Robert Williams, sources said.”

Brogdon is averaging 15.7 points, 3.5 rebounds, 5.3 assists, 0.7 steals and 0.2 blocks this season while shooting 43.7% from the floor, 42.2% from 3 and 81.6% from the foul line. He’s making $22.5 million.
