The NBA is celebrating its 75th anniversary and decided to release a list of the 75 greatest players of all time.
Plenty of active players made the list and Steph Curry was one of the easiest choices.
The Golden State Warriors guard is an all-time great at the age of 33 and is not slowing down with age at all.
He seemed extremely humbled when asked about the honor.
All Curry could do was be grateful and thank everyone who helped him get to this current stage.
He also got to give a shoutout to Reggie Miller, who made the team as well.
A Legendary Resume
Curry entered the league in 2009 and since then he has won three NBA titles, two MVP awards, has made seven All-Star Games, and has received First-team All-NBA honors on four occasions.
He is a threat to lead the league in scoring every season and likely would if he did not play on such a stacked Warriors team.
Curry steps up his play when it matters most and averaged over 25 points in all three postseasons that ended with him winning a championship.
When there was drama surrounding Kevin Durant, Curry never slowed his production.
This is all for a player who entered the league with questions about his size and physical abilities.
Could he hang around in a tough NBA?
All he has done in response is make shots from anywhere on the floor and prove to be one of the best shooters, if not the best, in the history of basketball.
This honor is deserved and the notable thing is that Curry may not be done winning championships and racking up awards.
He put on a show Thursday night as the Warriors improved to 2-0 and proved again that when the spotlight is on him, he can deliver an all-time performance.
