Stephen Curry featured as playable character in PGA TOUR 2K23

Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry is not only one of the most accomplished players in NBA history, but has shown that he has some serious talent on the links as well. The NBA's all-time leading three-pointer scorer has participated in scores of celebrity golf tournaments and is arguably the biggest active name in pro basketball to frequent golf courses.

With the release of the PGA TOUR 2K23 video game set for mid-October, an unexpected announcement was made on Twitter on Monday morning.

The real-life Curry probably won't be having much time coming up to improve his drives, fairway shots and short game, however. The Warriors have their first preseason game at 8:30 p.m. ET on Sunday against the Los Angeles Lakers and will tip off their regular season at 10 p.m. ET on Oct. 18 against the Lakers as well.
